When the kids were younger, just getting a morning shower was an Olympic feat. Now that they're older, my newest skill is coordinating bathroom schedules like an air traffic controller! And I still can't get that precious few minutes to myself!
So, for this Mother's Day, I've told the family that they're giving me the WHOLE day off. Plus a Soak in Luxury Spa Basket filled with delightfully scented bubble bath, body lotion, and a candle to waft soothing vapors throughout the room. Oh, and a champagne brunch (delivered to my room, of course) while I binge-watch my favorite movies. All. Day. Long.
